Today, we celebrate World’s Teacher´s Day!
As a show of appreciation for our wonderful Teachers, in the morning our SLOⓇ team prepared a photo booth to take commemorative snaps and handed out some sweets. With this they want their teachers to start the morning in a special way and show thanks for all their hard work.
We at ISR are very proud to have such an engaged and committed community of teachers and we wish all teachers all over the world a wonderful day!

In line with the Dental Hygiene Day, our Primary students have again received instruction on dental hygiene where they were playfully shown various tooth-cleaning techniques and had explained to them the causes of cavities. They also received helpful tips for daily dental hygiene which they could apply directly at home.
Normally the renowned orthodontist Dr. Vali-Pursche (ISR mum) visits us every year and takes over the instruction of our students with her team. Since this was unfortunately not possible this year, she and her team lovingly prepared learning materials and small gift bags for our students so that our teachers could take over.
We would like to thank Dr. Vali-Pursche and her entire team of the Ad Dento MVZ (https://ad-dento.com/) for their constant support and the realization of this day.

Student Spotlights: Spotlight On Our Student Maria

This week, we spotlight our Grade 5 ray of sunshine, Maria, who joined ISR in kindergarten! Maria is a hardworking and helpful student with a delightful personality. She always has an open ear for her classmates and is a team player who supports her friends in every way. She is a very conscientious student and enjoys reading. Maria convinces not only with her academic achievements but also with her great character traits.
Her academic coordinator, Ms. Brand, describes Maria with the words, “Maria is an engaging student who is kind and thoughtful. She always offers help to her classmates and teachers alike. Maria is an excellent role model and always works hard. She really enjoys Computing and participated in the Minecraft SLO last year. She showed great mastery and skills! Well done to Maria”. Her sports teacher, Ms. Racheva, has known Maria since Kindergarten and has been able to follow her wonderful development. She is very proud that Maria has developed into such a dedicated and enthusiastic student. Also, Mr. Mo, Supervisor at ISR, has also known Maria for several years and is absolutely thrilled with her personality. “Maria is a wonderful student and our little angel. Maria radiates so much positivity and warmth that it is impossible to be not a huge fan of her.”
