Student Spotlights: Spotlight On Our Student David

Spotlight On Our Student David

David I., Grade 12, is an environmentalist, volunteer, and filmmaker. David has worked to set up the ‘Ocean Cleaning Project’ to remove plastic waste from the ocean, and he has gotten involved in an environmental project in his hometown as well as working as a volunteer with refugees.

He is applying for Filmmaking at university and has already made several short films, including one promoting his ocean cleaning project, another explaining aspects of German everyday life and culture to migrants. All the while, David is enrolled in Grade 12 IB courses and prepping to graduate this spring!

We are proud to spotlight David, one of many of ISR’s outstanding students!

No matter if it is academic success, special commitment or outstanding character traits – we look forward to sharing each of these success stories.
