Our kindergarten is situated in an idyllic nature reserve in Meerbusch-Büderich. Due to the natural, traffic-calmed location, your children have abundant opportunities to discover more about the nature surrounding them by the numerous games and learning avenues available to them.

2. German-language kindergarten as a supplement to ISR Kindergartens in Neuss and Düsseldorf with a bilingual afternoon program

Our Meerbusch branch is the ideal complement to our kindergartens in Neuss and Düsseldorf because of the German-language educational program, which augments our English-language kindergartens. From the beginning, children gain initial experience with the English language in our age-appropriate preschool program. Children from the age of one year may attend our kindergarten at the Meerbusch location. The kindergarten children are divided into U3 (under 3) and Ü3 (over 3) groups in order to provide them with the best possible individual care and support.

4. Extended day care hours from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

In order to assist our working parents and guardians, we offer extended day care hours from 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM. This gives parents the opportunity to organize their daily routine according to their needs. The core hours of instruction in our kindergarten are set from 9:00 AM – 3:15 PM, during which we encourage parents to have their children cared for in the kindergarten for optimal development. From 3:15 PM – 6:00 PM, we offer optional afternoon activities and supervised free play both inside and outside.

5. Optional afternoon activities

Starting at 3:15 PM, after the afternoon snack time, parents may choose for their children to take part in Educator-led optional afternoon activities such as Gardening, Baking, Board Games and English. Our educators and assistants supervise those children who prefer to have supervised free playtime both inside and outside until they are collected. The Educators design their activities based on our own curriculum with the children’s ages and development stages in mind, thus creating learning experiences that promote varied interests and further enrich the children’s development.

6. Healthy and balanced organic meals

Since a healthy and balanced diet is the most important foundation for a growing child, our meals are freshly prepared and delivered from selected organic ingredients by Broich Catering. Lunch is served for the whole group of children together. Children practice using cutlery and learn about table manners. At the end of the meal, the children learn to clear away their plates away to show that they know how to be helpful.
