Kindergarten is an exciting time full of learning and fun!

Safety, play, and fun from morning to evening are the top priorities at our ISR Kindergarten in Meerbusch. A regular daily routine, which brings new discoveries and a lot of variety every day, is a very important thing for a child.

The day at the ISR Kindergarten starts with a healthy breakfast, which is freshly prepared in the kindergarten. The morning program includes playing, moving, creating as well as discovering and learning new things. Lunch is characterized by organic meals, which are freshly prepared by Broich Catering and delivered to the kindergarten. The rest and sleep phases are individually adapted to each child’s age and needs.

In the afternoon, the children have the opportunity to take part in various different activities to enrich their language experience.

At our location in Meerbusch-Büderich, we are open all year round for your child(ren). The kindergarten is only closed between the Christmas and New Year holidays and for two weeks in July.

Our idyllically situated kindergarten is in the middle of a beautiful landscape – a perfect location for your child(ren) to discover nature. Currently, 34 children attend our spacious kindergarten in the countryside. Of these, 12 children are 1 to 3 years old and 22 children are 3 to 6 years old. Our team consists of several educators who are trained in different areas of specialization and support staff. Our individually furnished and child-friendly rooms provide the perfect environment for your child to learn and grow.

The children take part in activities according to their characteristics and abilities to ensure individual care and support. The movement room as well as our large outdoor area offer the kindergarten children at our Meerbusch location many opportunities for play and movement.

Furthermore, we offer working families the opportunity to flexibly organize their daily routine flexibly through our extended daycare hours from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

At our Meerbusch kindergarten, we want to give our child(ren) space to develop. We know that children are enthusiastic explorers and discoverers and learn and develop very quickly, especially in their first years of life. For this reason, we encourage our child(ren) to take part in a wide range of development opportunities. To ensure that you as parents are informed about your child’s development, you receive regular updates on your child’s progress and weekly newsletters give you information about current events and happenings in the kindergarten.

The systematically sequenced support program helps your child(ren) develop and fine-tune both their social and motor skills in free and guided play. Furthermore, the kindergarten program encourages the discovery of your child’s individual urge to move in nature. Of course, musical and creative abilities are a strong part of our curriculum – in addition to optional activities in the afternoon. With the help of science projects, we awaken the children’s curiosity for the natural sciences so that they can develop their first preferences at an early age.

In addition, we support children from the beginning with a bilingual program, through which kindergarten children can discover and develop the English language talents through play.

To ensure that each child can develop optimally and in an age-appropriate group, the kindergarten children are divided into small groups according to their age. Within the activity period, our little ones can decide for themselves what they enjoy most. To increase and promote learning, our activities are carried out with the help of well-thought-out teaching materials based on our own curriculum.

Beginning at 3:15 PM, parents may enroll their children in different activities such as Gardening, English, Baking, and Board Games, run by our own educators.  Alternatively, free playtime both inside and outside is offered to children who prefer not to take part in these activities.
