Student Spotlight: Spotlight On Our Student Lara

Friday, 15 October 2021

This week, we spotlight our tenth-grader Lara, who has been part of the ISR family since 2012 when she started in grade 1. From the very beginning, Lara has shown herself to be a caring and honest person, which makes her a great friend. Her classmates appreciate these qualities very much. Lara also possesses a  friendly disposition and her communication skills are excellent. Lara is a very motivated and hardworking student who always tries to give the best possible. “I am especially impressed with her focus and performance in Languages and Humanities. I can see her doing very well in these IGCSE examinations this year.”, says Academic Head – Ms. McGee.

In addition to her academic ambitions, Lara is also very active in the Student Life Organization at ISR. She is currently Head of the Discipline and together with her team, they actively enrich the school day. Just recently Lara did an excellent job of organizing and leading her team for Stomp Out Bullying week which was a successful awareness campaign for the students, parents, and staff.

We are very proud to spotlight Lara, one of ISR’s many outstanding students!

Every Friday, our Student Spotlight Project aims to highlight one of our outstanding students who represent our school motto, “we enable great minds and strong characters”. No matter if it is academic success, special commitment, or outstanding character traits – we look forward to sharing each of these success stories.
