Spotlight On Our Student Keigo
This week, we spotlight our fourth grader Keigo, who has been a part of the ISR community since last year. When Keigo started at ISR, he barely spoke English and had to put in extra effort during the first few months. He tried hard to learn English as a foreign language and excelled. By the time he finished third grade, he was already fluent in English and even assisting other students with translations. Keigo demonstrated great ambition and showed tremendous learning in his last school year – and across all subjects.
His academic head, Ms. Ghica, adds: “It was a pleasure to teach him! Keigo is already showing leadership skills and he enjoys leading projects and organizing different teams within the classroom. He is very talented in all subjects and has made fantastic progress in all areas of the curriculum. He is demonstrating important social skills and has done an excellent job of settling in at ISR.”
We are very proud to spotlight Keigo one of ISR’s many outstanding students!
Every Friday, our Student Spotlight Project aims to highlight one of our outstanding students who, in line with this year’s theme, is striving for “extraordinary achievements” on a daily basis. No matter if it is academic success, special commitment or outstanding character traits – we look forward to sharing each of these success stories.
