Student Spotlights: Spotlight On Our Student Yuki

Friday, 20 November 2020

This week, we spotlight our talented fourth grader Yukichiyo, who joined ISR in Grade 3. Her nickname is Yuki and she is an incredibly helpful and polite student. Yuki has a very strong sense of empathy and a great sense of duty. It is very important to her that her fellow human beings are doing well and she always ensures harmony. Our supervisor, Mr. Bob, says about her, “Yuki is an incredibly sweet young girl who spreads good cheer with her positive attitude.”
In the academic field she is very ambitious and her teacher Mr. Cloke says about her “Yuki is very creative, as seen in her writing as she cleverly weaves together captivating tales. Her concentration and work ethic in class is an inspiration to others whilst also she is a very caring and considerate student. Her warm and friendly manner is always very welcome! Well done Yuki!” Ms. Bucher, her Music teacher adds: “Yuki joined ISR last school year in Grade 3. She is a very happy and sweet child. Yuki shows exceptional talent in Music, in particular as a jazz musician. She specializes in piano and saxophone, and her skills are jaw-dropping! Future famous ISR Alumna!” Together with her brother she is taking part in the Jugend Musiziert 2021 Jazz Division in December and we wish them both the best of luck!
We are very proud to spotlight Yuki one of ISR’s many outstanding students!

Every Friday, our Student Spotlight Project aims to highlight one of our outstanding students who represent our school motto, “we enable great minds and strong characters”. No matter if it is academic success, special commitment or outstanding character traits – we look forward to sharing each of these success stories.
