Spotlight On Our Student Luis
This week, we spotlight our athletic eight-grader student Luis, who joined ISR in Grade 1. Luis has developed tremendously in the last year and shines with his very enthusiastic character. He has a strong sense of individuality and his mind is always working to further his talents and future pursuits.
His teacher, Mr. Makowy, describes Luis with the words “athletic, creative, intelligent and outgoing.” He also adds that Luis is one of the most unique individuals in his year group, “I look forward to seeing how he develops over the coming months and years.”
He is popular with his classmates and enjoys socializing with them. After school, he loves to play handball at a high level and trains almost daily, as well as spending hours on the road travelling to compete with his club. He is a very talented sportsman and at the same time very focused and concentrated. He is a wonderful example of the fact that you can achieve so much with a lot of hard work and training.
We are very proud to spotlight Luis one of ISR’s many outstanding students!
Every Friday, our Student Spotlight Project aims to highlight one of our outstanding students who, in line with this year’s theme, is striving for “extraordinary achievements” on a daily basis. No matter if it is academic success, special commitment or outstanding character traits – we look forward to sharing each of these success stories.
