Student Spotlights: Spotlight On Our Student Leda

Friday, 11 June 2021

This week, we spotlight our Kindergarten student Leda, who joined ISR this academic year. From her first day at ISR she made friends with the whole class and continues to do so with anyone she meets. Leda is always the first to welcome a new student to the class by showing them to their chair, offering her favorite toys, and always making people feel comfortable and welcomed. She always tries her hardest at anything she does and never says no to a challenge! Leda stands out for the helpfulness and kindness that she shows to everyone.

Her friends and teachers also appreciate these qualities in her very much and her Early Years Educator, Ms. Wells, adds, “it has been a pleasure to have Leda in my class, she always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She really is a superstar and we are so proud of her! Keep shining, Leda!” Her German teacher, Ms. Schneider, is also enthusiastic about Leda’s character traits and progress in Kindergarten. “She is really keen on learning German as well as everything else and has a lot of fun using the words and phrases she has already learned. Leda is a great role model for her friends and I can’t wait to see how much she will grow next school year.”

We are very proud to spotlight Leda one of ISR’s many outstanding students!

Every Friday, our Student Spotlight Project aims to highlight one of our outstanding students who represent our school motto, “we enable great minds and strong characters”. No matter if it is academic success, special commitment or outstanding character traits – we look forward to sharing each of these success stories.
