Spotlight On Our Student Albert

This week, we would like to spotlight our humorous first Grader student Albert, who brought a lot of joy to his teachers and will be deeply missed as he is moving back to China. This smart young guy is incredibly hard-working and always willing to help other students as well as his teachers. He has a fabulous sense of humor and enjoys making other people laugh. He is also passionate about learning, loves to read  and can frequently be seen “nose deep” in a book.

His German teacher, Ms. Lorenzen, says about him “Albert is one of the smartest students I’ve ever taught and I couldn’t imagine my German class without him. I am very sorry to see Albert leave ISR and wish him all the best in China.” His teacher, Ms. Stenning-Smith, also finds emotional words for him, “Albert has been an essential part of our first grade. It has been such a pleasure teaching Albert this year and we all will miss him.”

We are very proud to spotlight Albert one of ISR’s many outstanding students!

Every Friday, our Student Spotlight Project aims to highlight one of our outstanding students who, in line with this year’s theme, is striving for “extraordinary achievements” on a daily basis. No matter if it is academic success, special commitment or outstanding character traits – we look forward to sharing each of these success stories.
