Grade 11 Economics Students Visit Vodafone

Yesterday, a group of Grade 11 economics students, visited the campus of Vodafone to get an insight into the dynamics of this global company. The students had the opportunity to take part in the virtual reality simulator. They also participated in a tour of the Vision and Experience World area situated on the 18th floor of the Vodafone Tower.

The students very much enjoyed the visit as they learned about a few of the most fundamental economic and business principles and the impact of the wider spectrum of globalization as a whole.  Their trip ended with a visit to Pepper, Vodafone’s iconic robot, as well a conversation with the company’s Senior Manager for Public Affairs.
