Das System bietet unseren Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern die M\u00f6glichkeit, wichtige F\u00e4higkeiten zu entwickeln, die auch im sp\u00e4teren Leben hilfreich sind. Dazu geh\u00f6ren erste F\u00fchrungserfahrungen, Teamgeist sowie die Entwicklung eines ausgepr\u00e4gten Gemeinschaftssinnes. Bei unserem ISR Student Leadership Council\u00a0k\u00f6nnen alle Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler teilnehmen. Es macht Spa\u00df, sich einzubringen und etwas f\u00fcr die ISR-Gemeinschaft zu tun!<\/p>\n<p>Unterteilt ist der SLC in ein Team aus Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern, welche sich mit ihren Abteilungen f\u00fcr ein positives Miteinander sowie f\u00fcr die Schulgemeinschaft einsetzen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus bieten unsere\u00a0Student Extracurricular Activities am Nachmittag den Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern die M\u00f6glichkeit, Interessen und Talente zu entdecken. Diese Aktivit\u00e4ten werden von externen Partnerinnen und Partnern sowie ISR-Familien geleitet.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space empty_h=&#8220;2&#8243;][vc_column_text text_color=&#8220;color-210407&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8220;137682&#8243; text_color_type=&#8220;uncode-palette&#8220;]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #004f9f;\">Student Leadership Council \u2013 Einsatz unserer Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler f\u00fcr die Schulgemeinschaft<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Der ISR Student Leadership Council besteht aus acht verschiedenen Abteilungen, die von Vertrauenssch\u00fclerinnen und -sch\u00fclern verantwortet werden. Die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler helfen bei der Organisation unterrichtsunabh\u00e4ngiger Veranstaltungen; darunter zum Beispiel Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsveranstaltungen, Freizeitaktivit\u00e4ten, Schulveranstaltungen und vieles mehr. So hilft unser engagiertes Sports &amp; Health Department beispielsweise bei der Organisation des ISR Family Fun &amp; Sport Days \u2013 einem sportlichen Familienfest f\u00fcr die ISR-Gemeinschaft. Kinder aus dem Kindergarten bis hin zur 4. Klasse k\u00f6nnen freiwillig an Aktivit\u00e4ten teilnehmen. Ab der 5. Klasse ist die t\u00e4gliche Beteiligung an einer Aktivit\u00e4t in der 9. Unterrichtsstunde obligatorisch.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seit dem Schuljahr 2024\/2025 begr\u00fc\u00dfen die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler unseres Student Leadership Council (SLC) j\u00fcngere Mitsch\u00fclerinnen und Mitsch\u00fcler herzlich im Elementary Student Leadership Council (ESLC) f\u00fcr die Klassenstufen 5 und 6 sowie im Junior Student Leadership Council (JSLC) f\u00fcr die Klassenstufen 7 und 8. Wie beim SLC nehmen interessierte ISR-Sch\u00fclerinnen und -Sch\u00fcler an einem Bewerbungsverfahren teil und werden anschlie\u00dfend f\u00fcr das jeweilige Programm ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durch ihre Mitwirkung entwickeln die Teilnehmenden nicht nur wichtige F\u00fchrungskompetenzen, sondern pr\u00e4gen aktiv ein positives Kindergarten- und Schulklima an der ISR. Die Mitglieder des ESLC und JSLC bereichern das Schulleben, indem sie vielf\u00e4ltige Veranstaltungen \u2013 darunter den ISR Arts Evening oder die ISR Award Ceremonies \u2013 initiieren und mitgestalten sowie durch zahlreiche Projekte, die die gesamte ISR-Gemeinschaft bereichern.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"gtx-trans\" style=\"position: absolute;
